Atlantic Beach small business relief grant awardees
November 25, 2020 -- Understanding the impacts of COVID-19 on the economy, particularly on small businesses, the City of Atlantic Beach set aside $50,000 in "Better Jax" sales tax proceeds to assist local businesses adversely impacted by the current public health crisis. The intent of this grant program is to support Atlantic Beach-based businesses with low-to-moderate income employees. The maximum grant amount was set at $5,000.
