    Yoga is for kids too! Wild Child Kids Yoga brings music, movement and meditation into the lives of little yogis. A platform to inspire kids to move, to relax, to create and to connect to each other with kindness and to their own true amazing selves all while learning the science of yoga.   6. Qigong "grandfather to Tai Chi" Wednesday mornings

    Qigong is easy and great for people who are not athletic or who have some limits to mobility. Some Practitioners depend on Qigong to help with stress and anxiety, pain and many kinds of chronic illnesses. Based in movement and mindfulness, Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that helps improve overall health, easy to do at home or outside, simple to remember, and doesn't require any special clothing or equipment. Instructed by Claire Holland, Qigong is the "grandfather to Tai Chi".
