The Recreation Division offers two community centers and one cultural center with recreational programs for your enjoyment. We provide opportunities for you and your family to participate in cultural and leisure activities while enjoying our many beautiful parks.
The City of Atlantic Beach has approximately two miles of white sandy beaches with 19 ocean beach accesses. In addition to the beach, the City has about 65 acres of parkland, including Dutton Island Preserve on the Intracoastal waterway.
The Recreation Division offers activities such as after-school and summer camp programs through the NE FL Boys & Girls Club, youth sports, and Special Events that include local talent concerts, Arts in the Park, Family Fun Day/Campout, Movies under the Stars, and Holiday celebrations for families and much more.
