General Info
Create an account on CivicRec to apply.
Permits must be submitted at least 4 days in advance.
Rentals must be made at least 30 days in advance.
Beach fire permits must be applied for in person at the Adele Grage Cultural Center (716 Ocean Blvd) during November - February ONLY.

Refund Policy
No refunds are given for permit cancellations.
Deposit refunds are issued if the space is cleaned, undamaged, and the key is returned.
Processing time: 10–15 business days (via mailed check).

Gail Baker & Jordan Park Community Centers
(Rooms with kitchen; 8 AM – 10 PM)
- $100 (4-hour minimum), +$25/hour after, plus tax
- $200 refundable deposit
Adele Grage Cultural Center
(Community room with kitchen; 8 AM – 10 PM)
- Mon – Thurs: $50/hour plus tax
- Fri - Sun: $100/hour plus tax
- Deposit: $200 (refundable)
- Events with Alcohol (Beer & Wine only): $100/hour plus tax
Requires an off-duty officer at an additional rate of $55/hr (4-hour min), or $75/hr on holidays
Note: Not-for-profits, HOAs, or neighborhood groups—call for special rates.

Thinking about having a beach wedding in Atlantic Beach?
If your ceremony will have fewer than 50 people and does not involve a vendor (such as a wedding planner or rental service), then no application, permit, or fee is required.
However, if you plan to have more than 50 guests or will be working with a wedding vendor, please fill out a Special Event Request.
Please note that the City of Atlantic Beach does not reserve any part of the beach for private or exclusive use. All areas of the beach are public and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important Guidelines to Keep in Mind:
Canopy tents, chairs, and bridal arches are allowed for your setup.
Alcohol, glass containers, and smoking are prohibited on the beach.
Sea oats and sand dunes are protected—please do not disturb them.
No digging or staking is allowed above the high tide line.
Sea turtle nesting season runs from May 1 through October 31—please avoid disturbing any nests.
Leave no trace—make sure to clean up all trash and belongings after your event.
